Shipping Policy: Your items will be shipped within 3 business day (business days are defined as Monday thru Friday) unless otherwise noted or as soon as funds are cleared through PayPal or our payment gateway (this excludes personalized and some drop-ship items). UPS Ground may be shipped by the 2nd business day, as UPS picks up at our offices early in the morning. USPS & UPS are used for shipping. Average time for you to receive your package is 4-10 business days via, 2-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail (this is not a guaranteed shipping time), 2-4 business days via UPS Ground in the Continental U.S. Shipping rates calculated by our software are for Continental U.S. rates only. If you need to RUSH a product please contact us before placing your order so we may guarantee arrival time.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return Policy: If you have a problem, contact us one of the ways listed above. Returns must occur within 30 days from receipt of items & you must contact us for a Return Authorization # before returning your package. If you do not get a Return Authorization #, your package may be refused. You will receive an exchange only. Exchange policy applies to resalable merchandise only. Personalized items & items without tags are not resalable. Misused & washed items are not resalable. If an item is defective, we will do everything possible to correct the problem. However, if we determine an item has been misused or abused, no refund will be issued. Defective items must be returned to us. We cannot refund personalized items unless the error was clearly ours. Sorry, but we do not refund original shipping charges. We are not responsible for screen resolution differences in color. If you received free shipping and your return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshhold, you will receive a credit for the item, less the shipping you would have paid for the reduced order.
